Scientists have finally figured out what is wrong with mankind.
The problem lies in the two halves of their brains - the left and the right.
The left half has nothing right in it
And the right half has nothing left in it!

Oh look, Chicken Thursday!
Today, we're getting a quote to install a heat pump at Cybersalt World Headquarters. It's something we have considered getting for years - especially during the really hot weeks of summer when it would be nice to have the house cooler or when we have to have the windows closed because of smoke from wildfires. It looks like we are going to pull the trigger thanks to a grant program that the British Columbia Government has in place to heat/cool homes more efficiently. It's nice that our politicians want to pump us up!
Today's video share has me remembering when I raced at our local speedway in a class where I had to hit the truck in front of me before I was allowed to pass (with the guy behind me having the same rule) I must admit that sometimes on the road I am tempted to drive according to the same rules! Maybe I should get one of these bumper cars!

A group of managers were given the assignment to measure the height of a flagpole.
So they went out to the flagpole with ladder and tape measures. They fell off the ladder, dropped the tape measures, and generally bungled the whole affair.
An engineer came along and saw what they were trying to do.
He walked over and pulled the flagpole out of the ground. He laid it flat, measured it from end to end and gave the measurement to one of the managers and walked away.
After the engineer had gone, one manager turned to another and laughed.
"Isn't that just like an engineer! We're looking for the height and he gives us the length!"

What do you call a cow spying on another cow?
- A steak out.
Be sure to taste your words before you spit them out.
- Gaelic Proverb
Two ardent fishermen met on their vacation and began swapping stories about the different places they had fished, the kind of tackle used, the best bait, and finally about some of the fish they had caught.
One of them told of a vicious battle he once had with a 230-pound salmon.
The other man listened attentively. He frankly admitted he had never caught anything quite that big. However, he told about the time his hook snagged a lantern from the depths of a lake.
He said: "The lantern carried a tag proving it was lost back in 1912. But the strangest thing of all was the fact that it was a waterproof lantern and the light was still lit inside of it!"
For a long time the first man said nothing.
Then he took one long deep breath and said to the other man, "I'll tell you what I'll do," he said slowly.
"I'll take 200 pounds off my fish, if you'll put out the light in your lantern."

Susan Page writes . . . .
- photo by Susan PageWhat happens when we do not get all that we want from life? How do we react when we do not receive exactly what we want when we want it? Picture a child having a temper tantrum. It is not a pretty picture.
We often pray, wait, and wonder why God has not given us “the desires of our heart.” Isn’t that what He promised?
We may assume that God is not giving us what we deserve because we feel we deserve something better.

An old Irish man is lying in bed, very ill. His son is sitting at his bedside, expecting the end to come at any moment. The old man looks up at the boy and says, "Son, it's time for you to get me a Protestant minister."
The son is astounded. "But, Dad!" he protests, "You've been a good Catholic all you life! You're delirious. It's a priest ye be wanting now, not a minister."
The old man looks up at him and says, "Son, please. It's me last request. Get a minister for me!"

Cybersalt's funny pictures collection has been years in the making and continues to grow. We are also in the process of moving images over from our old site so check back often. Don't forget to check out our funny cat pictures, funny dog pictures, funny elephant pictures, and take your turn to be funny.
Here's where we keep our funny car pictures.
Over the years, some of the most popular pages on the Cybersalt site have featured Funny Cat Pictures. We have to admit that even though cats often look at humans like they owe the feline world something (remember dogs have owners and cats have staff), cats aren't as bad as a lot of the press that they get.
And so, whether you are a cat lover or tolerator, we hope you enjoy these funny cat pictures. And, of course, if you have any funny cat pictures you want to share with the world, feel free to send them to us to post here.
Some say the world can be divided into two types - cat people and dog people. For the cat people of the planet, Cybersalt has the Funny Cat Archive. For the dog people we have this Funny Dog Pictures archive.
It's dedicated to the memory of Maggie - Pastor Tim and family's dog. The SPCA rescued Maggie from Manitoba's Red River flood in 1996 and brought her to British Columbia where she had two short term owners before becoming a part of the Davis household where she preferred adults over kids, picked and ate fruit from trees in the backyard, and very rarely went into water at the beach.
Here's our funny horse pictures collection.
We think Cybersalt's Funny Christmas Pictures Collection is the best on the net.
We hope you'll enjoy each one and share them with your online family and friends.
Merry Christmas!
