Here's a cool little application that lets you draw things that squiggle and crawl. If your small intestine had a traffic helicopter that reported on the flow of parasites and hittites to and from their work place, I think it would look something like this. It even has an x-ray mode. Don't be afraid, though. Remember parasites are our pals!
The whole thing reminds me of a medical test I had once. They took this camera and . . . . never mind.
My wife has not spoken to me in three days. I think it has something to do with what happened on Sunday night when she thought she heard a noise downstairs.
She nudged me and whispered, "Wake up, wake up!"
"What's the matter?" I asked.
"There are burglars in the kitchen. I think they're eating the tuna casserole I made tonight."
"That'll teach them!" I replied.
What do singing in the shower, writing the great American novel, and doodling all have in common? Most of us are not as good at it as we think. Many of us may sing like Pavarotti in the shower, but few will ever cut a record deal. The best story in our head may never make it to print. And all of the great works of art we doodle in our spare time will most likely never be placed in a gallery.
OK, I may be wrong about that last one. Because now you can hang your doodles in an art gallery (as painful as that may sound).

The SPCA rescued Maggie from Manitoba's Red River flood in 1996 and brought her to British Columbia where she had two short term owners before becoming a part of the Davis household where she preferred adults over kids, picked and ate fruit from trees in the backyard, and very rarely went into water at the beach.
