Our PVR recently packed it in so I took it for a walk today - to the post office. The cable company had already mailed us a new one and they wanted the old one back. So exorcising my house of the pvr also gave me some exercise (on a day so beautiful that none in the rest of wintery Canada wants me to describe!)

This past Friday (January 3) was my mother-in-law's 100th birthday. OK, not really, because she passed away when she was 86. But we thought it would still be a nice thing to observe the day just the same, so some of her kids, grandkids, and great-grandkids got together to share a meal and just enjoy being family together.
Today's video share is one you will have to be patient watching. But when you get to the point of thinking "whaaaaaat?" you will know you've reached the reason why I wanted to share it - and then the rest is gravy!

A new year has dawned at Cybersalt World Headquarters. Last year was a year of finding freedom over things in the past and good, inner personal growth. I am excited to see what God builds upon the gracious work he did in 2024. I pray that 2025 is one of growth and new beginnings/restarts for you too!

Oh look, Chicken Thursday.
For the last month or so, Canada Post has been on strike. However the "posties" (not a bad term here in Canada) returned to work on Tuesday. Grandma Cybersalt and I could tell they were back because the news said so and we also got one letter in the mailbox on the front of our house. I am waiting for some literal "cheques in the mail" from clients, so I am eagerly anticipating more envelopes. That said, we didn't get any mail yesterday. At least the mystery of when they will arrive keeps life from getting boring!
Today's video share is another commercial that makes one think. In a world when we all live in our own bubbles, let's do what is needed to break out of them!
