Sunday greetings, everyone.

riderless bikeMany of you know I've been attending Freedom Sessions at our church on Thursday nights. This past week, we wrapped up the 20th and final session, and I'm still processing the incredible impact it's had on my life. It's not just the big, noticeable changes – though those are certainly present. It's the quiet, persistent shifts happening deep within me that continue to reveal themselves. God has truly worked wonders through this program, and I'm filled with gratitude.

If you're interested in learning more about Freedom Sessions and how it might help you discover greater freedom and healing, please visit freedomsession.com. Perhaps this is the next step in your own journey.

I think Raul el Perro remembers the day when you could get on your horse, after a long day on the far side of the ranch, and it would take you home while you enjoyed a nap. After watching today's video share, it looks like we'll soon be able to do that with our bikes!

Oh look, Chicken Thursday!

flash face effectGrandma Cybersalt was sick for a week, but she is over it now. I think I did pretty good taking care of her while she was under the weather: a testimony to all the things I have learned when she goes away for the weekend and I have to keep myself alive!

Today's video share has now sound, but if you follow the directions on screen you will get to see the "Flashed Face Distortion Effect!"

Sunday greetings, everyone!

march sunsetI don't know if it's the case where you live, but here at CyberSalt World Headquarters, we changed the clocks forward an hour last night in keeping with Daylight Saving Time. I much prefer when we turn the clocks back an hour in the fall and gain an hour of sleep. But lately, I've been doing much better at getting to bed earlier and enjoying the benefits of feeling more awake during the day, and so I had motivation to go to bed early last night as well. (As I'm writing this on Saturday evening, hopefully I was successful.) This is not to say I haven't been working some late nights, just fewer of them.

There is no video share today because apparently I didn't watch anything this week that I found interesting enough to add to the list to share with everyone. I could have gone looking for one, but that would have kept me up later. As a substitute, I hope you will enjoy this picture I took of a sunset early last week.

Enjoy the rest of today's Digest.

Oh look, Chicken Thursday!

left on the moonI experienced one of the best earthquakes we've had at Cybersalt World Headquarters since moving here almost 29 years ago. What makes a great earthquake? It lasts long enough for you to realize what is happening so you can still listen to it and feel the shaking, but not so long that your house falls down around and on you!

Today's video share is a look at the some of the stuff astronauts left behind after visiting the moon.

Sunday greetings, everyone - and welcome to March!

floating anvilYou may already be tired of people going on about how much they love their air fryers (No, I am not talking about members of a mendicant order who serve as flight attendants fpr the Vatican airline!) Grandma Cybersalt is away for 2 nights, which for me usually means a peanut butter on white bread for supper. But not last night! I ate something hot that I cooked in the air fryer. It's as simple as putting something away in a desk drawer, except you take it out after 20 minutes and it's the temperature of the sun! I also have to wash the drawer - but it's still a great step up from my usual self-care!

Today's video share is of an anvil floating in Mercury. Did you know that many lighthouses used to have a bath of mercury to help keep the light steady? The mercury was used to dampen the vibrations of the lighthouse lantern, which helped to keep the light beam steady and focused. However, over time, the mercury would slowly evaporate, releasing toxic fumes into the air. These fumes could be inhaled by the lighthouse keepers.

It is now believed that mercury poisoning may have been a contributing factor to the mental health problems experienced by many lighthouse keepers in the past. These problems were often attributed to the isolation and loneliness of lighthouse life, but it is now thought that mercury poisoning may have played a role as well.

I'm not sure if buddy should have been playing with mercury in this video, but he did so it's interesting to see such a heavy thing float!

Sunday greetings, everyone!

3 year old violinistThough you will read this news on Sunday, I am typing it on Saturday night as I usually do to get the mailing lined up to go out later while I am sleeping. This week, however, it is extra important for me to get everything typed up and ready because later tonight the men's group from our church is going to an ax and knife throwing business. It's so much easier to type while I have all my fingers!

Today's video share is of a 3 year-old violinist: it was just too cute to not share!

gender equalityWe are back to warm (for us), wet weather here at Cybersalt World Headquarters. While not everyone's cup of tea, the rain is a beautiful friend to those of us who don't like to shovel snow!

Today's video share is an honest look at an issue of fairness that so many cultures struggle with.
