the audience choirIt's not my goal to permanently turn the news into recurring organ recital about my health, but I must admit that when I am sick I don't feel very creative in my writing. So for fun, I invite you to write a limerick, haiku, or short poem that has these 3 terms (related to my doctor's latest considered diagnosis): diverticulitis, CT scan, and antibiotics. Oh look, Chicken Thursday!

Remember how I said I had chills when I was putting last Thursday's mailing together? Well, my doctor called me yesterday and let me know the results of the culture they took from my "sample" and it turns out there was nothing to grow. It's not the first time I have lacked culture so I am OK with that, but I've stopped the antibiotics and later today I am off to the doctor's to see what is still putting the "bop in my bop shoo bop shoo bop!"

in the hall of the mountain kingI was paid a very nice compliment by a client this week. They said, "You are absolutely A-1 in our book! Thank you so very much for all your hard work! We aren't your only clients, but you make us feel as though we are!"

That client is usually very effusive when they thank me for work I have done, but those words were on a different level and really made me feel good about myself and my company. It was a reminder to me how we all have the power to make a difference in the lives of others by being grateful and encouraging.

Last Sunday's video share was of a pianist playing "Flight of the Bumblebee" on a tiny little piano. Now you may not have thought it was a tiny piano, but after seeing the organ in today's video, you will at least agree that piano was tiny!
