Dice Stacking

Details
Published: 23 November 2006

Stacking dice - we've all done it. Ok, maybe not. But surely we will need to stack dice at some time in our life. Ok, maybe not. It is, however, undoubtedly everyone's destiny to be asked to stack dice at least. Yeah, maybe not.

So why do people watch this? Why fun of course! (I think he would like the dice wars game.)

Volcano Comparison

Details
Published: 22 November 2006

It has been decades since Mt. St. Helens blew her top (another example of what happens when you hold things inside too long). Scientists first predicted it would be hundreds of years before the active volcano refilled its crater.

However, in the last couple of years Mount St. Helens has picked up the pace with her lava dome growing at the rate of 2 dump truck loads per second.  At that rate, she'll be ready for another tantrum in 12 years or so.

Here's a way to safely compare today's lava dome with that of 2003 - with a 360 degree view at that!

Cat Wheel

Details
Published: 21 November 2006

One of the most popular pictures on my CleanLaugh site is a picture of a really fat cat .  I also have a big cat picture here .  The video below shows something that both of those cats could definitely use.

I'm not sure how buddy got his cat to start exercising on the wheel, but I imagine it probably began with a promise that eventually a hamster or mouse would come along to exercise too.  Yum!

Double Wires

Details
Published: 20 November 2006

I never had spiderman pajamas.  Ok, I never wanted them, but I wouldn't mind being able to fly around like he does - although the radioactive spider bite to get that way does not inspire me.

I guess I'll just have to be happy with games like this one.  We all can't be comic book heroes otherwise they would only make comics about the few normal people out there and who wants to read about a middle age woman wearing a housecoat who flies around in a jet everyone can see?

But I digress.

Here's a tip I've discovered while playing. The wire/web is much more accurate if you are clicking and holding on the area you are trying to hit.

7-Up Guess

Details
Published: 23 November 2006

The good people at Pepsi originally took 7 tries to get their 7-Up soda right (For those of you in Canada that's "pop" of course). As far as I know Coca Cola and Dr. Pepper haven't even manged to perfect 1-up yet (though I like Sprite a whole bunch too).

Anyway, those 7-Up people have really gotten on their game and can get your number in one try now - word! Check it out below.
