Lineman

Details
Published: 29 May 2007

When Glen Campbell sang, "I am a lineman for the county . . ." I'm not sure he had this in mind.  However, this guy is a lineman for sure.  I'd like to see football players try this.   I'd bet 25 cents they can't and if I am wrong I won't expect my quarter back.

Pointer

Details
Published: 28 May 2007

As little children we were told it was impolite to point.  Well, I guess computers have gone and made the world a much ruder place and this game isn't going to help at all.  So go ahead and point - just don't tell your parents.

Rocket Record

Published: 22 May 2007

What's the best way to help Boy Scouts get their rocketry, modelling, counting backwards, world record, and air pollution merit badges?  That's right, fire off 965 model rockets on a sunny day in Austin Texas.  After it was all over, I guess they qualified for their YouTube badge too.

Tortoise vs. Cats

Details
Published: 15 May 2007

We are all familiar with the historic race that took place between the tortoise and the hare - proving the old addage that "slow and steady wins the race."  Here is the re-match:  the tortoise versus TWO cats.

Someone wisely observed, "Dogs have owners and cats have staff."  Well add to that tortoises (or would that be "torti") have guts!

Violin Fence

Details
Published: 14 May 2007

For a long time people have complained that there is too much violence on TV.  After listening to some of the sounds on this site you may be tempted to declare that there is too much violins on the internet.  It's a hard argument to refute since fencing is an olympic sport where one tries to stab an opponent.  Add a violin to fencing and it is inevitable that someone is going to come to bows.

Don't worry, it should all make sense once you listen for a bit.
