As a magnifying glass brings out the inner beauty of a rose, so Christ reveals the heart of God, for the essence of deity resides in the Savior.  He is not merely like God; He fully possesses all of His divine attributes.  We find it difficult to conceive of an almighty Spirit, but a flesh and bones God man is much more understandable.From some of the questions I have received I must ask you- Don't you realize that God can only be the eternal Father if He has an eternal Son.  If you'd rethink your position in the light of the Scriptures, you'd see that . . .

The deity of the Savior is taught throughout the Bible Luke 1:35, John 1:34 and Matt.  8:29.  Remember Thomas when he confirmed "My LORD and my God.  John 20:28.  I hope this helps you believe the Scripture passages which declare Christ's absolute deity.

Veiled in flesh the Godhead see,
Hail the incarnate Deity.
Pleased as man with men to dwell,
Jesus, our Emmanuel.
