It pays to be a Christian as far as our physical well-being is concerned. It pays to be a Christian as far as our dealings with our fellow men are concerned. When it comes to adversity, it surely pays to be a Christian.
Christian friends, the real danger comes when we don't get in shape spiritually. Unless we experience some gain in our relationship with the LORD, we'll know the pain of broken fellowship and lack of spiritual effectiveness.
A healthy body, healthy mind,
Should be a Christian's goal;
But it is more important still
To exercise the soul.
