Last weekend I was one of the speakers in a 24-Hour online event which was put on to replacement a conference planned for Portugal, but cancelled due to the pandemic. My topic was "How to Help People Who Need Help with Joomla", the software that was the focus of the conference.
However, the principles and philosophies I spoke of apply to helping people in many different contexts. So I thought I would share that video with you this week.
I don't know about you, but I'm quite excited and happy about how "modern" the latest vehicle taking us into space looks. This is definitely not your grandfather's spacecraft - unless of course one of my grandkids is reading this, lol.
Thanks to serial chicken photographer Kathie M. for today's picture of these birds all cooped up like so many of us!
I am happy to announce that I have finished the lion's share of designing a new template for the Cybersalt site. It plays a lot nicer with mobile devices, is faster loading, and is much easier to continue making design adjustments and site developments. You can check that out on any of the pages at: www.cybersalt.org
If you are interested in seeing part one of the work I did on changing the site (and could do on your site if you wish) you can watch this replay of the live stream I did it on.
Having this template work done leaves me one step closer to another site goal on my to do list; updating the formatting of the Cybersalt mailings so they are more compatible with being viewed on mobile devices.
Wash your hands, keep safe and enjoy the rest of today's mailing!
Last week I shared a video from Dr. Ravi Zacharias, who was ill with terminal cancer. Dr. Zacharias died on Tuesday. Thinking of that, and wondering what video I might share today, a song came to mind. When I searched for it I found this old clip of Johnny Cash singing it; "When the Role is Call Up Yonder." BTW, it hurts me to call this an old clip - I was 10 when this was on TV, lol.
It was recently announced that Dr. Ravi Zacharias, of the most respected thinkers and apologists of this generation, is terminally ill with cancer. In this week's video share (a new habit or tradition it seems I've started on my Sunday mailings), I thought I'd share this video from Dr. Zacharias; "Truth in a Time of Crisis."
Rev. James Snyder and his wife have been keeping company with each other quite a bit and that has him thinking a lot about time. You can read "What’s Time Got to Do with It?" at: www.cybersalt.org/gods-penman/what-s-time-got-to-do-with-it
