Thanks to everyone who let me know that you could not access Cybersalt pages on iPhones and Android phones (if you have a Blackberry that was a whole other issue - but you know about that!) I looked into the problem and discovered it was a caching problem.
I've turned off the site's cache feature and am looking for a permanent fix. It's just too bad that so many of life's problems come down to cache.
