Cybersalt News

clarinetOh look, Chicken Thursday!

The big news around Cybersalt World Headquarters is that our daughter and grandson are arriving today for a 4 week visit. Her husband will be flying out later this month. We hope that for the first time in a couple of years our whole family will be together in one place.

Susan and I started out as 2, then our family was 5, and now with in-laws and grandchildren there are 13! It warms our heart. Do you know what else could warm our hearts? Microwaves!

That answer will make more sense (or maybe not so much) if you watch today's video share.

Goober Exam

If you are wondering what a Goober is, there is a picture of one at:

universityThe Goober reported for her University final examination, which consisted of "yes/no" type questions.

She took her seat in the examination hall, stared at the question paper for five minutes, and then in a fit of inspiration took her purse out, removed a coin and started tossing the coin and marking the answer sheet - Yes for Heads and No for Tails. Within a half an hour, she was all done whereas the rest of the class was still sweating it out.

During the last few minutes, she was seen desperately throwing the coin, mumbling and sweating.

The moderator, alarmed, approached her and asked what was going on.

"I finished the exam in half an hour. But, I am rechecking my answers."

car blinkerWhile discussing the plight of Driver's license examiners, a former motor-vehicle-bureau director told about a woman who was parallel parking.

The examiner asked her, "could you get a little closer?"

Instead of moving the car, she slid over.
