With grateful hearts upon this day
We bow our heads in prayer
To thank the LORD of harvest for
The blessings that we share:

For golden grain to make our bread;
For fruits in plenty store,
For friends and loved ones gathered round,
For gifts that You outpour,
 
For days of sunshine and of rain
And . . .

And every golden hour,

For health to do our daily tasks,
For rest and peaceful sleep.
Our grateful thanks we give to Thee
For blessings that we reap.
