Oh look, Chicken Thursday.

Ooops! After working all night on a project for a client I decided 5:50am would be a good time to finally go to bed - and then I realized I hadn't sent today's mailing!

So, short and sweet, that's the news today!

A woman rushes to see her doctor, looking very much worried and all strung out.

She rattles off, "Doctor, take a look at me. When I woke up this morning, I looked at myself in the mirror and saw my hair all wiry and frazzled up, my skin was all wrinkled and pasty, my eyes were blood-shot and bugging out, and I had this corpse-like look on my face! What's wrong with me, Doctor?"

The doctor looks her over for a couple of minutes, then calmly says,

"Well, I can tell you one thing . . . there's nothing wrong with your eyesight!"

If your outgo exceeds your income, then your upkeep will be your downfall.

When we put our house up for sale, I stressed emphatically that my sons make their beds each morning. I left for work before they left for school, and I wanted to be sure that the house looked presentable when the agent showed it to prospective buyers.

I was surprised and impressed that my 15-year-old son's bed was perfectly made each day. One night when I went into his room, I discovered his secret.

He was fast asleep on the floor in his sleeping bag.
