Cybersalt News
Oh look, Chicken Thursday!
Thanks to Ruth B. who sent in today's chicken picture. Apparently they're pretty friendly in Kuai, Hawaii!
You may have noticed there was no mailing on Sunday. I worked very, very late Saturday night on a client's web project and ended up too zonked to put it together. Grandma Cybersalt just returned from a 12 trip so things are back on track here at Cybersalt World Headquarters!
There is a new Rev. James Snyder article on the Cybersalt site today. Your can read, "In Praise of Crazy" at:

Enjoy the rest of today's mailing!

Bigger Piece
One night at the dinner table, the wife commented, "When we were first married, you took the small piece of steak and gave me the larger. Now you take the large one and leave me the smaller; you don't love me any more..."
"Nonsense, darling," replied the husband, "you just cook better now."

Pet Names
My goldfish are named Major, Minor, Dorian, Lydian and Diminished. The only way I can tell them apart is by their scales.
Today's Quote
Quote #1892

"Don't ask kids what they want to be when they grow up but what problems do they want to solve. This changes the conversation from who do I want to work for, to what do I need to learn to be able to do that."

Clear Customer Communication
Torrential rainstorms were knocking down power lines all over town. That meant, as a customer service rep for the electric company, I was dispatching repairmen right and left.
When one lineman called a customer to get her exact address, he was told, "I'm at Post Office Box 99."
The weary lineman replied, "Ma'am, I'll be coming to you in a truck, not an envelope."
