Oh look, Chicken Thursday!

moonwalking orcasHere at Cybersalt World Headquarters, the robins have Grandma Cybersalt and me literally up a tree: our cherry tree that is! The cherries are almost ripe enough to pick but apparently are already ripe enough for the robins to eat off the branch. Except they only take a little bite from a cherry and leave the rest for . . . . . well, whoever or whatever would want a half eaten robin cherry. So Susan and I have managed to wrap the tree in nylon netting to try and save some cherries for us (us being Susan because I do not enjoy cherries!)

ai warns about ai scamsOur daughter and grandson have returned home after a wonderful visit. Once again, instead of being sad it is over I have chosen to be grateful to God that it happened.

Today's video share is another example of how incredible the latest developments in video generation by Artificial Intelligence have become. The message of the video is an important one - don't be scammed by AI.

He will hold me fastWe are enjoying a visit this week from our eldest daughter and grandson. Unfortunately, our son-in-law was unable to make the visit because he could not get leave from the reserves, so we wont have the whole family together. But Grandma Cybersalt and I will hopefully get a picture together with all the grandkids!

veo3 voice testA big shout out and thank you to Pastor Jim S. (who lives in Northern Ireland) for raising a point about last week's "Drum Battle" video that I shared. In the news I commented the video made as made as much sense to me as churches beating their drums against each other, but as Jim pointed out some might think the video was about churches actually fighting with each other with the drums! To be clear, the video simply features some good old Irish lads having some fun (in a way that makes no sense to me, lol.)

Today's video share is of a car show that never happened. In fact nothing in this video, the location, the cars, the people, the sounds nor the voices are real. Every scene in this video is AI generated after simply typing in instructions about what was desired for the screen. The day has arrived when one cannot simply just believe what they are watching and hearing.
