When I was about 20 yrs. old I was asked by a Minister in our church who my favorite fictional author was. I told him I was reading the complete works of Sherlock Holmes by Doyle.
He asked if I skipped chapters and pages or read part of one story then skipped to another. When I told him I read a story from start to finish he asked me why I would read the greatest book ever written any differently.
That was 25 yrs ago. I have since read the Bible from cover to cover 4 times. It was the best advice I ever received. Thanks to Pastor Stewart I've learned more than I could possibly have imagined.

The man was in no shape to drive, so he wisely left his car parked and walked home. As he was walking unsteadily along, he was stopped by a policeman.
"What are you doing out here at 2 A.M.?" said the officer.
"I'm going to a lecture," the man said.
"And who is going to give a lecture at this hour?" the cop asked.
"My wife," said the man.
