Inspiration

We all need time to grieve--
quiet time for reflection
to sift through memories
and come to grips
with what has happened.

We all need a time for tears
not for the one who is now
at peace in heaven,
but for ourselves as we realize
that things will never be the same.

We all need time to just "be",
when we can open ourselves to God
and let the reassurance
of His everlasting love,
start to heal our broken hearts.

An old farmer wins the ten million dollar lottery and is being interviewed. The reporter asked what he is going to do with all the money.

"Oh, I reckon the first thing I'll do is go and pay a few bills."

"And what about the rest?" the reporter continued.

The farmer shrugs. "Well, I guess they'll just have to wait."

This is a little story about four people named
Everybody, Somebody, Anybody, and Nobody.

There was an important job to be done and
Everybody was sure that Somebody would do it.

Anybody could have done it, but Nobody did it.

Somebody got angry about that
because it was Everybody's job.

Everybody thought that Anybody could do it,
but Nobody realized that Everybody wouldn't do it.

It ended up that Everybody blamed Somebody when
Nobody did what Anybody could have done.
