The stockbroker's secretary answered his phone one morning.

"This is Mr. Ingram's office," the caller said. "We'd like to know if he's bullish or bearish right now."
"He's talking to his wife," the secretary replied. "Right now I'd say he's sheepish."
Modern technology is making it harder and harder to tell the difference between special effects and real life action in the movies. As computers getter faster and faster and programmers get smarter and smarter the line between fact and imagination blurs every hour.
As an example, I give you the video below. First of all, for you lovers of all things equine, no horse was injured in the making of this clip. I simply marvel at my inability to discern as to whether or not computers or advanced editing was used in this sequence.

Stationed in Okinawa, Japan, my son and his wife were expecting their first baby.
I was elated when he called me at work with the news of my grandchild's birth.
I took down all the statistics and turned to relate it all to my co-workers.
"I'm a grandmother!" I declared. "It's a baby girl, and she weighs five pounds."
"When was she born?" someone asked.
Recalling the date my son told me, I stopped, looked at the calendar, and said in amazement, "Tomorrow!"
A man was driving down the highway late one night when his mini-van broke down. He turned on his flashers and tried to get someone's attention to help him. Eventually a Lamborghini Countach pulls up.
"Any chance I could get a lift into town?" said the mini-van driver.
When the U.S. Mint reissued two-dollar bills, I thought they might someday become collectors' items.
I went to the bank and picked up a hundred, serially numbered and still in their original band.
On my next trip to my parents' house, I gave the $200 to my mother and said, "Take good care of these.
They might be worth something someday."
Several months later I asked Mom if she was keeping the two- dollar bills safe.
"Oh, yes!" she replied. "I deposited them in the bank the day after you left."
