If you get an envelope from a company called the Internal Revenue Service,"DO NOT OPEN IT!
This group operates a scam around this time every year. Their letter claims that you owe them money, which they will take and use to pay for the operation of essential functions of the United States government. This is untrue!
The money the IRS collects is used to fund various inefficient and pointless social engineering projects and favorite pork-barrel projects like studying sneezing and the swimming habits of insects.
This organization has ties to another shady outfit called the Social Security Administration, who claim to take money from your regular paychecks and save it for your retirement. In truth, the SSA uses the money to pay for the same misguided make-work projects the IRS helps mastermind.
These scam artists have bilked honest, hard working Americans out of billions of dollars. Don't be among them!
Simply send that letter back marked, "Return to Sender". If they inquire by phone, please don't use my name; I'm shy and modest about receiving the credit.

I read this and wonder if your preaching if deals with the facts as you deal with the issues of taxes. I don't want to pay for some things, but until we get rid of the bunch in the Washington Power group we will pay for the political hacks that get rich of the oil as the poor slobs sitting in your pews have to pay a bundle just to come to your church.
It is easy to complain in words about helping the old and many others on social security, or in need of medical care, or don't have the funds to heat their home, but I don't see you lending a helping hand.
Get off your soap box of half truth and be a disciple with a caring hand.

Deane,If the church is on the top step of hell it may be because of people like you who can’t read and then go off the deep end. Scroll down and you will see the part that says:
I sent that item to the PearlyGates List which features clean, theologically incorrect jokes. You’ve been on that list for months and every single one has something theologically incorrect in it. It makes me wonder why this is the first item that has troubled you – because you obviously found the theologically incorrect part of this one.
As for your personal comments about me, you have only proved that you wrote what you did because you are cranked about something and not because you know me. Consider the following:
- No one pays money to attend my church. IN the 9.5 years I have been there I have turned down three raises and initiated a pay cut on my self once.
- I am Canadian so I don’t complain about any so called “Washington Power Group” and I also don’t complain about helping the old, others on Social Security, or in need of medical care. Did you know in Canada all 30 million of us have medical care through our taxes – universally we get the same medical care.
- Soap doesn’t come in boxes anymore.I pray that God grants you repentance for lashing out and baseless accusations against a brother in Christ.
